Contact information. Customers using FieldGrade.build may add contacts (employees, subcontractors, builders) to the platform for the purpose of operational collaboration. Contacts may include name, email, and phone number.
Usage information. We collect technical information about how you use the platform, including IP address, browser type, and access times.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the FieldGrade.build platform
- Send transactional notifications (including SMS and email) related to jobs, punch lists, and operational updates

SMS Notifications
If you receive SMS messages from FieldGrade.build, those messages are sent on behalf of a FieldGrade.build customer (typically your employer or a contractor you work with). Messages contain operational information related to active work assignments.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help by replying HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With your organization (the FieldGrade.build customer whose account you are part of)
- With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting, SMS delivery, authentication)
- When required by law or to protect rights and safety
